Boxing

Our boxing classes offer an exciting and empowering workout where students will learn proper boxing techniques for offense and defense. Taught by experienced boxing coaches, our classes take students through fundamentals like footwork, punching combinations, head movement, and conditioning. In beginner classes, students will learn basic punches including jabs, crosses, hooks, and uppercuts on focus mitts and heavy bags.

They will also work on defensive skills like slips, rolls, parries, and blocking. Cardio drills and core work build stamina. Intermediate and advanced classes advance students’ skills through advanced punch combinations, counterpunching, and angling. Students will gain ring experience through intense sparring sessions. We refine techniques and abilities to prepare you for competition. Our training improves reflexes, coordination, balance, and mental toughness.

Classes provide an intense, full-body workout that burns calories, reduces stress, and sharpens focus. With experienced coaching and a motivating environment, students gain confidence and push themselves to new limits.

MMA

We offer high-energy MMA classes that combine techniques from various combat sports into one incredible workout. Taught by experienced MMA fighters, our classes will take you through intense cardio, technical striking and grappling drills to help elevate your overall martial arts game.

In our beginner MMA classes, you'll learn proper stance, footwork, punching and kicking techniques from boxing and Muay Thai. You'll also be introduced to basic wrestling shots, takedowns and Brazilian jiu-jitsu submissions like armbars and chokes. The intermediate and advanced MMA classes will build upon your skills by incorporating more complex combinations, counterstriking methods, takedown defense and transitions between striking and grappling. You'll get to test your skills during live sparring sessions.

Throughout our MMA classes, expect a high-intensity cardio workout mixing calisthenics, plyometrics, heavy bag work and more. We focus on building your endurance, reaction time, core strength and flexibility.

Karate

Our karate classes offer high-quality instruction in the art of karate for students of all ages and skill levels. Taught by our knowledgeable black belt instructors, our classes will take you through the fundamentals of karate in a safe, welcoming environment. In our beginner classes, students will learn basic punches, blocks, strikes, and stances that form the foundation of karate.

Classes emphasize the proper technique and form for various moves. Students will also begin learning introductory katas, or choreographed patterns of movements. As students progress through our intermediate and advanced classes, they will build on their skills by learning more complex katas, combinations, and sparring tactics. Students will develop speed, power, balance, flexibility, and discipline through our specialized training methods. Our classes incorporate cardio, bodyweight exercises, and strength training to build endurance and fitness. Students will improve their focus and mental discipline in addition to physical skills.

Our structured curriculum and positive reinforcement from instructors will boost confidence and leadership abilities. Judo

At the judo classes, students will learn proper judo techniques like throws, trips, sweeps, pins, chokes and armlocks from our experienced judo black belt instructors. Beginner classes cover fundamentals like falls, posture, gripping, and basic throwing techniques like O Soto Gari and Ippon Seoi Nage.

Students develop their break falling skills and begin randori sparring. Intermediate and advanced students refine their skills and learn more complex techniques like Uchi Mata, Harai Goshi, and sacrifice throws. We utilize focused uchikomi drills to develop speed and precision. Students also participate in intense standing and groundwork randori. Our training improves strength, dynamic balance, agility, and cardiovascular fitness.

Students will gain self-confidence, discipline, and valuable self-defense skills. We emphasize proper judo principles and sportsmanship.
